This article examines the legal regulation of assignment-of-moneyclaim financing agreements in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The application of assignment-of-money-claim financing agreements in the activities of banks and financial institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed based on national civil legislation. The advantages of factoring agreements are discussed, the purpose of factoring transactions is defined, and the main reasons for the low level of factoring development and those hindering the development of assignment-of-money-claim financing agreements in the Republic of Uzbekistan are identified.
