This article provides a comparative legal analysis of the mechanisms for applying financial sanctions, judicial fines, penalties, and astrente by economic courts in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, and the Federal Republic of Germany. It examines the legislative basis and procedural procedures for the imposition and enforcement of financial sanctions, identifying their legal nature and practical application.
