This article analyzes the military activities of Jaloliddin Manguberdi and his struggle against the Mongol invasion based on historical sources. The study provides a comparative analysis of works by medieval authors such as Shihab al-Din an-Nasawi, Ata-Malik Juvayni, Ibn al-Athir, and Rashid al-Din Fazlullah, as well as modern historical approaches. It also examines Jaloliddin Manguberdi’s military campaigns in the territories of Iran, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Georgia, and India, his strategic and tactical skills, and issues of army command and organization
