Keywords:
Decision, placed, TurkistanAbstract
On May 15, the informal summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) was held in Turkistan. In terms of its thematic focus, this summit occupies a unique place among previous meetings, as it marked the first time that technology and artificial intelligence were placed at the very center of the high-level agenda. Following the meeting, three key documents were signed: the Turkistan Declaration of the OTS, the Decision on Strengthening the Institutional and Digital Capacity of the Organization’s Secretariat, and the Decision on the Appointment of a Deputy Secretary General of the OTS
