Abstract

This paper examines balloon formation in a ring spinning machine and its effect on yarn tension. Based on an analysis of the technological capabilities of the ring spinning machine, a formula for determining the yarn balloon length is proposed. Detailed technical specifications of the machine and yarn are provided.
